玄関には備え付けのくつ箱がございますのでご利用ください。くつ箱のわきに、消火器と使用方法の表示があります。
It is a shoe rack at the entrance. There is a fire extinguisher and instruction manual next to the shoe rack.

IHクッキングヒーター、電子レンジ、炊飯器、冷蔵庫、テーブルが備え付けとなっています。ご自由にお使いください。

Common use spaces are basically available on a first come, first served. But please be considerate of the others. Shampoo and soap in the shower rooms are free, and you can also bring your own.
